ILM Team Leading Level 2
The ILM Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading has been designed for team leaders with a degree of authority for managing resources, looking to motivate their team members as well as achieve agreed outputs.
Now a combined diploma sized knowledge and competence qualification, the Diploma gives learners the opportunity to develop the core competences needed by team leaders in today’s dynamic business world.
