This qualification covers the basic elements of how to deliver an excellence customer experience and will equip you with the necessary skills to work and support customer service delivery.

At Level 2, you will have some experience in customer service and are able to handle more difficult customers. You are looking to improve your own skills and become more involved in making improvements to your team’s level of customer service.

At Level 3, you are able to respond to customer issues at a strategic level, suggesting improvements to customer service strategy and helping in their implementation.

Certificate in Customer Service Level 2 and Level 3

The Certificate in Customer Service is ideal for individuals who might be entering or re-entering employment, or working in a customer service delivery role in any industry.

The qualification covers all aspects of customer service, from understanding and meeting customer needs, giving a great customer experience, learning from feedback and promoting products and service.

Level 2 will suit you if you want a solid introduction to the fundamentals of good customer service.

There are two units at this level:

  • 201 Delivery of effective customer service
  • 202 Supporting the customer service environment

Level 3 is ideal if you’re looking to build on your current understanding of customer service.

  • 301 Principles of customer service delivery
  • 302 Developing and improving the customer service process
