An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrator within a company based in Pyle. In this role you will provide a wide range of administrative support within the Office.
Responsibilities will include:
- arranging hotel accommodation for our Teams,
- raising new jobs on our in-house database,
- managing the DWR inbox (Developer Works Requests),
- sending out the Whereabouts to the different networks,
- completing water forms to send to the water companies and
- ordering PPE.
Assist with answering the phone, photocopying and filing. You will also undertake general ‘team’ administrative duties as and when required.
Experience of Microsoft packages, good verbal and written communication would be an advantage in providing exceptional administration support, with the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks. The ideal candidate will be confident working in both a busy team environment and on their own initiative.
The role also includes covering other Administrators within the office – full training will be given.
Starting Salary – £22,385.00 Permanent
Hours of work – (1hr lunch break)
Week 1 8am – 4pm
Week 2 9am – 5pm
