Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are recruiting for a Groundsworker / Handyperson working across supported accommodation services in the Swansea area.
This is a permanent opportunity suited to a reliable practical person with general maintenance, grounds work and repair experience. The role involves supporting property and site upkeep, completing general repairs, maintaining safe external areas and helping ensure accommodation sites remain clean, safe and well-presented.
Key duties include general handyperson tasks, minor repairs, grounds maintenance, basic labouring, site checks, reporting maintenance issues, and working safely across multiple locations.
Salary: £28,670 per annum.
