Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are currently recruiting Packing Operatives for a client based in the Llantrisant area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing products efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained
- Working in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment
- Operating machinery where required (training provided)
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail at all times
- Working effectively as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is essential
- Previous picking and packing experience is essential
- Experience operating machinery would be an advantage
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet targets
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
Shift Patterns & Pay Rates:
Night Shift Only – £15.53 per hour
- Sunday: 11:00pm – 6:00am
- Monday to Wednesday: 9:30pm – 6:00am
- Thursday: 9:30pm – 2:00am
Rotating Morning & Afternoon Shifts – £13.98 per hour
Morning Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 1:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 1:20pm
Afternoon Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 1:30pm – 9:30pm
- Friday: 1:20pm – 6:30pm
