We’re currently recruiting Trainee Coating Operatives exclusively on behalf of our client.
No previous experience or training is required, as full training and support will be provided. We’re simply seeking motivated and curious individuals who are willing to learn !

What will you be doing?
As a Trainee Coating Operative, you’ll learn how to set up and operate EPC’s specialist thermal spray booths to apply coatings to customer components.
You will:
- Prepare, Process and Inspect products
- Monitor quality standards
- Work as a part of the production team
Engineering or manufacturing experience would be an advantage, but it’s not essential. We’re more interested in finding people with the right attitude, who are keen to learn, develop new skills and become part of the team.

Salary: Starting at £28,500 per annum
Hours: 10am-6:30pm
